Minecraft 1.3.0 Pre-Release!
That's right, its finally out! Jeb released the 1.3.0 pre-release! And the full version comes out in 5 days! Want a link? Sure! You can get it here -----> Minecraft 1.3.0 Prerelease!
New things added:
1.The game now runs an internal server in single-player mode
2.The single-player server can be shared on LAN, with LAN server detection
3.Made it possible to use client-side commands by enabling cheats
4.Added an optional “bonus chest” to get started quicker
5.It’s now possible to trade with villagers. Added emeralds as a currency
6.You gain enchantment orbs from other tasks than just destroying monsters. Max enchantment level has been decreased to 30
7.Servers can automatically suggest and distribute texture packs
8.Added new world map elements
9.Added cocoa beans
10.Added an Ender chest
11.Added tripwire
12.Stairs and levers can be placed up-side-down
13.Wooden logs can be placed sideways

PS: How to Install?
First, type "%appdata%" into your search bar.
Next, double click the folder ".minecraft"
Afterwards, double click "bin"
Now, drag in the new file and replace it.
Run Minecraft, and you're done!
